The building is absolutely beautiful. Well decorated and very clean. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Could actually watch the grandchildren from the roof viewing area. Modern appliances, plenty of room. We will be going back to this vacation rental.

Our stay at this gorgeous little cottage was PERFECT! The natural lighting and views made the space seem bigger than it was. We are a family of 4, with small children and it was just the right fit for us! Walking distance to the beach even with kids. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

Great home in good location. Nearby park with access to Mission Bay within walking distance. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc. a short drive away. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes and nice applicances. Lots of space for our party of 8 people. Loved the patios for outdoor dining and relaxation. Thought the home could upgrade the hard and uncomfortable dining room chairs and barstools. This is a prime location right next to Belmont Park at Mission Beach close to most all amenities you’ll need. We loved that we’re right next to Luigi’s and everyday had the smell of the freshest Italian food. The only warning is that the parking is tight, so large SUV and trucks beware! That’s mentioned in the listing, but worth repeating. Definitely a spot we’d recommend!

This location is amazing -- super close to La Jolla Cove and amazing food. It is definitely very small and cozy, so be aware of that when booking. But if you're just looking for a cute convenient cozy place to stay, this is perfect for you. They check in with you often to ensure that you're satisfied with the stay and to give you an opportunity to offer any feedback or ask questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for people who are ok with the small space!

Great location, great hosts. Provided everything we needed for our family vacation. Great coffee shop down the street and views of the waves. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here again!

Had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect; you are steps away from delicious restaurants and coffee shops. You’re about a half a mile from the beach. It is a bit challenging to find the location of the house. Also, if you have a lot of luggage, it’s nearly impossible to carry up all the steps. I would highly recommend using the main street to bring in your luggage. One of the big highlights for me was having a washer and dryer. The bed is exceptionally comfortable.

Overall a great stay in a great location, I would definitely recommend this place. One note - I was skeptical of the Wi-Fi based off some of the prior reviews but we had no problem!
