Beautiful place a block from the water. You can see the ocean from the living room and bedroom windows, and hear the gulls and sea lions with the windows open. We had no issues whatsoever, and communication was great the whole way through. I wish we didn’t have to leave.

The house is amazing - everything you need to enjoy staying in and enjoying views and just one house from the bay and one block from Mission Blvd. Walking distance to Belmont Park and other water sports rental locations. Parking is tricky but manageable - backing in is the trick. The garage is best suited for smaller cars since it is narrow and has over-hanging bikes so probably not ideal for tall SUVs. Did not want to leave - it really was a great find and an awesome stay.

This home was perfect for a week getaway to the beach. We had a wonderful time and the location can't be beat - midway along Mission Beach in a quiet section just a block off the beach. The house is generously equipped, including chairs and gear for the beach. The hosts provide "starter set-ups" of towels, soaps and shampoos which we appreciated. We had a delightful time. We brought our adult kids and grandkids to Mission Beach. The vacation home fit us all comfortably. The location offered easy walks to both the beach and the bay. Would absolutely go back again. Bluewater was great to work with and had very good costumer service.

Great location near the water and yet very quiet and peaceful. This is a place we hope to visit regularly. Spacious floor plan and a private patio in the back yard.

Outstanding location! if you want to be i n the heart of the beach action, this is place! Clean, comfortable and an amazing view right next to Belmont park. Parking garage will only accommodate a small car. there are spots directly across the units but they are also utilized by the beach visitors. And no parking is permitted in the spots on Mondays and Thursdays between 8am and 10 am. Kitchen is fully stocked with a wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils.
