Two couples and a friend stayed here for a wedding. It was comfortable and spacious for our needs. We also used the house to co-work during the week and had enough wifi bandwidth for us to be on multiple zoom calls at once. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Amazingly close to the beach with views from the living room and master bedroom. Walkable to some local cafes and restaurants. Self checkin was easy and a lock box key ensured the house was always accessible but the group. Would definitely consider staying here again.
This is one of the best (maybe the absolute best) airbnbs I've stayed at. The location is even better than it looks in the photos. The perfect soft sand beach on the bay side is nice, and it's way quieter than the ocean side. But the ocean side is just a short walk. Blue Water took amazing care of us - with a great gift basket, responsive maintenance, and lots of check in communication. I will 100% try to stay here every time I come to San Diego!
It’s a beautiful property with great view and location. We love the kitchen! However, we experienced some unpleasant cleanliness issues, but the management company addressed it quickly. Because the 3 bedrooms are below the living and dining rooms, it was very noisy with people walking around upstairs. Master bedroom has a spacious bathroom with his and hers toilet which is very convenient! However the skylight in the bathroom was very bright in the morning , which made it difficult to sleep in if you are sensitive to light. ... read more
Stay was great! Home was very nice and located in a great region. Only reason it’s not 5-Stars is wifi was constantly an issue to connect to. Outside of that the stay was fun and I highly recommend booking with Bluewater Vacation homes

This house is AMAZING! We stayed there over the holiday weekend and wow it was just great! The location is incredible, just a few minutes walk to the kids beach and other breathtaking views of the ocean and also just a few minutes walk to incredible restaurants! The house is beautiful, has a kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom, and my wife and children had a great time inside the house when we were not at the beach.
