Great place to serve as home base to explore San Diego! Close enough to easily walk to Belmont Pqrk and several restaurants- but just far enough away to get out of the rush and relax. The unobstructed ocean views from the roof deck were amazing! Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen too. The bottom floor has two bedrooms (one with a bunk), bathroom, and access to the garage (with washer and dryer) - second floor entirely a master suite, then living, dining, kitchen and extra bathroom on the top floor. You can’t be the location of this house literally steps from the beach in La Jolla. My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) had a very comfortable stay during the Xmas break. The weather was unseasonably cool so we spent more time inside than anticipated and enjoyed all of the amenities the house had to offer. Check in was flawless and the house was very clean.

The location is amazing and nice rooftop views, that is the only real reason to rent this (Email hidden by Airbnb) pletely understand being so close to the beach brings its challenges to maintaining a home, but again for the cost the issues just felt like too much. One of the bedrooms was very musty and stunk up all the clothes in that room. Another one of the bedrooms had ants and a ceiling leak. Villa on the Bay was the perfect spot for our Christmas family reunion in San Diego! The location on Mission Bay is amazing and afforded privacy as well as beautiful views and direct access to the boardwalk. There are lovely floor to ceiling windows overlooking a large patio with a huge grassy yard and out door fireplace and bar-b-que . Our group of 9 had an awesome stay at this home. The house location is great and is right on the oceanfront walk. All four bedrooms are on the 3rd floor while the main living space and kitchen are on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is mainly a landing/foyer for the front door and garage entrance. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Ralphs' is just a few minutes drive away for stocking up on groceries.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! Million dollar views, right on the boardwalk and in the heart of everything! Everything was well stocked and every amenity that you might need is included, they even have beach equipment for use if needed. Thank you so much!
