Beautiful view of a lovely stretch of beach, and the beach is only steps away. The house was spotless and well appointed and comfortably slept 8 of us. There was room for two families to not get in each other's way. The kitchen was great and there is a wonderful wrap around balcony. Check in was easy. The only issue we had was that the hot tub was not useable - though the management sent someone to check it, it didn't get resolved during our brief stay. We would return for sure if we knew that was fixed.
Bluewater is an outstanding location with the perfect ambience and amenities.
Loved our stay-cation at this La Jolla home. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Bluewater are amazing hosts. They were very communicative and quick to respond to every question/concern I had. I would not hesitate to book a place with them again.
The location is to die for. The walks on the beach were terrific. Collectively, we found the bed, linens and pillows to be wonderful, which was a key feature we were looking for.

Beautiful place.. it was perfect spot right next to the beach. The entire family loved it will definitely be back!! Only issue was parking but we knew it would be coming in. We need to bring smaller cars next time!
Bluewater was EXCELLENT to work with. Communication was amazing and they were very accommodating. This space was very comfortable for our large group and it was in the perfect location for us. Everything was either within walking distance or a 10-15minute short drive. We will look for this group when booking future stays!

Awful. This is a heavily worn outdated beach rental. When I arrived there was a smoke detector beeping in the kids room. They did send someone promptly. The kitchen had absolutely nothing in it, we’re talking not even salt and pepper, that’s not common with Airbnb rentals but obviously they are a separate company using Airbnb’s platform. Just know there’s empty cupboards when it comes to that. So for the biggest annoyance of all: the construction that they didn’t give notice of.
