Beautiful place in a great location. Two blocks from the ocean, two blocks from shopping. Be sure you are super comfortable with whoever you are traveling with - it's an intimate space.
Great place to stay in walking distance to the beach! Excellent communication by blue water and the place is very spacious!
Basically like a hotel - super clean, well kept, well stocked, well maintained! Beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, etc in the garage. Busy alley right outside the window could be loud as other reviews have shared, but during the week was not an issue for us. Super walkable to several great dining options and also 10 min walk to the beach!

The Bluewater team are very attentive and is always there to help ensure you have a pleat stay. I do love how they are so professional, attentive and sensitive to the clients need. I would definitely highly recommend Bluewater team in properties and locations they operate.

Beautiful, clean home nestled in a great location. Garage was a little tricky to get in to, recommend only smaller cars, but overall stay was awesome. Communication with the host couldn't have been easier. My family will definitely be staying here again.

Bluewater Vacation Homes was a great rental company to work with! From the time that we booked our airbnb 4 months ago, they were extremely helpful and responsive, not only answering the questions we had about the rental property, but also providing tips and resources to help us plan our stay in La Jolla. Check in was a breeze. Our flight got us in a few hours before check-in time and we were able to drop off all of our luggage (and we had a lot) in their office in Pacific Beach while we went out and explored the area. This was the most perfect place for us!!! Yes there is a few homeless people in the area but they are totally harmless. The location is great, lots of little shops and places to eat all well within walking distance. The fire pit on the beach was a lot of fun and the house itself is AMAZING!!! It is a perfect set up! Customer service was top notch and absolutely nothing to complain about our stay there!!
