Great place to stay with family. Fantastic location with easy beach access! PROS: -Excellent location - quick access to a quieter, less busy spot on south mission beach, yet still walking distance to the busier Belmont park area & shops. -House is very thoughtfully stocked - all the kitchen dish/cookware, appliances, utensils you could need are there! Great location, easily walk to the beach with all of the provided beach towels and boogie boards! The house was cool enough at night without air-conditioning but you can hear everything from the neighbors with the windows open! All in all we had a great trip!

Blue Water staff is friendly and their communication is great. Our stay was great and house was very clean. I will definitely use Blue Water again and recommend their rentals

Wow! This home is in the PERFECT location. The house was beautiful and very comfortable! The communication was excellent, as well as the check in and out. The beach was awesome and felt great! We will absolutely return. FYI: This is a condo managed by a property management company. They send a request for your cell phone and personal email. They will contact off Airbnb.

Beautiful view of the ocean, clean beach, clean home, will hold on to the memories from here for years to come. Will book again next year. A+++

The home is in an ideal location just blocks away from the beach. Only issue that we had was that the lock stopped working halfway through our visit. The owner replaced the battery on the lock but didn’t test the code we were given. And so our lock didn’t work for half of our visit
