Unbeatable location. Beautiful property. Really quite perfect. Owner and property management company were very accommodating and responsive too. I hope to stay here again next summer!
This was a great place to stay for our group of 12. The location is amazing and there was plenty of street parking available. We liked that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and kitchen gadgets we could use to have a great bbq and dinner. The place was very clean and looks as shown in the photos. Nice place. The washer was broken but the management generously offered to pay for our expenses at a wash + fold service. Good location, though be aware that PB is a pain to get in and out of if you want to explore the rest of SD.
Great location. The only thing with this rental is there are loud doors slamming throughout the day and night. The rental was clean and has boogie boards and beach chairs for you to use so you don't have to buy any. There is no AC but they do provide fans. It gets very hot upstairs during the day but if you're at the beach that won't matter. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time.
The home was exactly as described. Cleanliness met our five star expectations and location was ideal. I would highly recommend this property.
Parking is a pain if you have a bigger car. More kitchen linens needed. If your not in shape the stairs are gonna be a pain!! But besides that everything else was great clean location roof top patio is what your paying for
Nice place. If you are looking for constant stimulation, this will be a good fit. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Also 2 doors down from women’s center which hosted events all 3 nights including a wedding.
