Great location! Very comfortable!
The home is located in one of the best spots! So much activity and Belmont Park is closer than we expected and everyone was so friendly. The check in and check out was super smooth! And we had no problems!
Location location location. The Villa gives you a great view of the Bay, and walking distance to the beach. Multiple people were taking pictures of the backyard. We had a great view of the nightly fireworks over Memorial Day weekend.
Everything was perfect and the location is amazing! We appreciate being provided towels, kitchen utensils, and a functioning grill !

Peaceful, spacious, well-equipped home, perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Top-notch communication with hosts. Walking distance to one of the nicest little beaches in Southern CA. Obviously steer clear if are looking to throw a party, but if you’re searching this neighborhood presumably you’ve already figured that out. Will definitely return.
This Host (and location) was great to work with. Most of the process was pretty hands off (meaning that you typically wont meet them in person) which some people prefer. You will typically be given a code with which to enter your AirBnB, which is activated at the time of check in. The property was very clean, and we were able to find it and check in without any issue. The home is conveniently located close to mission beach and sea world . The check in was smooth and the instructions were very clear . House was clean and nice. Overall it was a good stay. A few things to note 1. There is a restaurant (fig tree cafe) next to the house, which could get noisy in the mornings . If you are a light sleeper expect your morning sleep to be disturbed if you are in the room on the side of the restaurant . The breakfast at the cafe was awesome though :) 2. Perfect beach location! Definitely take only one vehicle, but plenty of things in walking distance. Definitely will go back!
