Was a good location
Words can’t express how nice of an experience this was! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Great for a family with little kiddos the beach is less then a 3 min walk same with the bay. Belmont park is maybe 5-8 min walk away everything is super close. Sea world was maybe 10 min drive , San Diego zoo was roughly 20 mins as well as the nearest Walmart. This place was amazing. Stayed there with the kids and it was the perfect location right on the beach. The home was so spacious. Definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach Surfside 1. The unit is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The setup is perfect for two families with young children (all bedrooms are off the main hallway and there is a door that separates them.) The unit includes the use of the front patio where you can enjoy the fire pit and listen to the waves. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. Very nice location and beautiful home.
This is easily my favorite home to rent while in San Diego. Everything about the home is amazing. You are 2 minutes away from the bay by foot and 4 minutes from the beach. So many restaurants near by. The view from the rooftop deck is killer. Great communication from the host. Can't wait to stay here again. My kids loved everything about this home. Don't think about it, just book it before it's gone!
Couldn't ask for a better value. Our group of 12 had the best stay in La Jolla thanks to Bluewater's property. The hot tub is a must and the beach is steps away. The view from the living and patio area is stunning, and even more so during sunset. They were incredibly responsive (promptly refilled jacuzzi cleaner and gave us fresh towels/blankets) and polite. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a spacious getaway. (Even the drive down to the property was to die for!)

Natalia texted me throughout the trip, making sure I was comfortable and that there were no issues in the house. I 100% recommend this Airbnb and this company. The house was clean and well-maintained. It was in a great location. I would stay here again
