This place was perfect. Exactly like described and shown in the pictures, and extremely clean! We could not ask for a better location too— right next to an amazing Mexican food spot and coffee shop, and seconds away from the beach. The Bluewater staff was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!!

The not so good/unexpected: Signed a detailed NDA-esque document with a bunch of rules and things to note, however there was no transparency on some things which I would like to highlight: 1) The walls of the house rattles and vibrates pretty strongly with the passing of ongoing cars on the street. For deep sleepers like us that was disturbing for a light sleeper this could impact sleep. 2) WiFi was patchy. Great place! Clean and comfortable : )
Great location .4 miles from Belmont park. .9 miles for the pier and the restaurants on Garnett. Plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby. Great people watching from the fireside patio. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Great bathrooms. A bit noisy depending on who is in the unit upstairs. All around very satisfied with our stay.

Wonderful home with great beach or bay access! The patio was perfect for outdoor dining and the kitchen had everything we needed for a great week!

Location in Mission Beach is fantastic. Great cafes and coffee shops close by. View of the ocean from the rooftop is better than any restaurant. Would stay again!
