Terrific location, very thorough communication for check in, home amenities (kitchen items, beach towels) were great to make it a complete stay! Just be a bit careful parking car in the garage.

Great place! Location was perfect, the house had everything stocked we needed and we were impressed with the hosts. Great stay overall.
5 stars to Bluewater vacation homes as an agency. They were very timely in their responses and accommodating. The 5 star experience became a 4 star due to unwarranted Noise complaints but I believe the agency was understanding as well. Water pressure is pretty low and I believe some of the showers knobs are installed incorrectly. The place is very nice Overall, 5 star hosts, 4 star experience

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We had a group of four adults and two teenagers and felt that we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location is very convenient to downtown LaJolla and there are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. (Highly recommend the Taco Stand and El Pescador). The parking garage out back, while a little bit tricky to access, is an added bonus, as street parking seems to be very limited during the day. This was an amazing home in an amazing location! We loved being able to walk to everything! Having morning coffee on the roof top veranda was a real treat!
