Good location near beach ocean. Reasonably priced. Needs some updates. Outdoor space nice with grill and firepit. Outdoor furniture nice. Be aware if renting lower unit there are people above renting and everything (walking, pets, voices) can be heard. These are normal activities not excessive noise issues.
This cozy beautiful house is located perfectly near everything you will need. I parked my car and did not move it fo 6 days until we left. Many beaches, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. The place was perfect for my two kids, wife and me. Host was always checking on us to make sure our stay was going well. I was a bit worry about not having dedicated parking but it was not an issue. We will definitely come back.
Can't say enough good things about this vacation home. The house was just as described. Check-in was super easy, the house was very clean, and location was perfect. There were 4 adults and 4 kids 8 and under and we never felt cramped. The kids spent most of their time swimming in the pool (which seemed larger than the pics). The adults enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and evening glass(es) of wine on the upper patio, or soaking in the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood...home is tastefully decorated and airy and just one block from the beach with beautiful ocean views. Incredibly comfortable beds! The spot was ideal for our needs.
Cannot beat location and breezy living room with ocean views. Loved barbecuing and dinning outside in the courtyard. Very clean home and responsive management!
This location is fantastic. The view is incredible of the beach and ocean, as well as people watching. The garage is a fantastic plus since public parking can be a real struggle to find a spot. It’s pretty small, so ensure the vehicle can fit. The team was highly responsive and remedied an issue very quickly and with a great attitude. We couldn’t of asked for more! Everything was perfect. There’s even 2 parking spaces in garage that really really helped out because parking was super hard during spring break. Fast response if you need anything
Beautiful home, perfect location, fun for kids, except for the strange gas smell after using the washer/dryer in the stairway/hallway leading to the master bedroom. Had to continuously air out the home. But other than, the house is perfect!
