We loved this space and will definitely be back! So close and convenient to mission beach and all of the shows and Belmont park next door!
This home is excellent, everything the pictures make it out to be. Plus, it is newly renovated and conveniently located within minutes of the beach and downtown San Diego. You’ll need to be mindful of noise as the listing says, but we spent just about every evening in the hot tub and never had any issues with neighbor complaints. Someone from Bluewater is always reachable by phone or text in case you need them. Would stay here again!
Perfect house with guesthouse for our family gathering. The yard was great for us to hang out in and play with the baby and dog. The accessiblity and walk to the beach and downtown is perfect. Walk up to Catherine's for breakfast then over to the UCSD campus to watch the ocean and beach below. Perfect and the driveway is huge (though narrow). Tastefully decorated, lots of space so spread out and the kitchen and grill were wonderful.
I highly recommend this Amazing little cottage. We did not want to leave.

Super-cool house with all the amenities, kitchen supplies you could want (plus some I didn't know I needed!). Mexican restaurant less than a block away is awesome. Highly recommend.

Great house and location with views over Mission Bay and the ocean. Great pool table room upstairs. High end appliances in the kitchen.
Amazing location! We spent almost every day at the beach which was a two minute walk from the condo. The easy beach access was ideal for spending a week with our daughter in La Jolla
