Great stay with my family of 8. Clean place, looked like the photos except for the futon in the kid's room which was different from the photo and way smaller and not suitable for sleeping on. If you intend to have a 3rd person in the kids room, bring an air mattress. The restaurant next door is delicious. It's true you can hear some street activity from the unit because its a popular street. Overall it felt safe, secure, homey and convenient for a big family.

We had an excellent extended family vacation for 7 adults and 4 small children. The house was very clean and comfortable for the most part. The master suite with the bunk bed room was excellent for a family with 2 or 3 children. The other bedrooms were great for adults but had little accommodation for children. We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was very close to the ocean beach as well as bathing and biking on the bay side. There are great places to eat within walking distance. The apartment is very well soundproofed to block out noise from the adjacent homes and parties. The rooftop sitting area was a relaxing place to hang out

By far my most favorite Airbnb experience. Well equipped with kitchen equipment and beach toys, comfortable layout and very, very responsive property managers. Wish I could have stayed longer, it was a dream!
