This home is immaculate! The views are breathtaking and if up early enough you get to watch the dolphins each morning. Although it does come with AC, it is not needed with the entire front sliding glass doors that open and cool breeze to blow into. We utilized the kitchen and down stairs bbq which was spotless. Bluewater was reaching out to us to ensure we were taking care of and had no concerns. Perfect stay!
Great place and location! Close to the beach and very comfortable home. No AC so be prepared for that, but the fans helped!

The property was clean and ready for us as described. it's very close to the beach and to Beaumont Park and my kids and grandkids loved walking over any time of the days we were there. by having the entire building, with two full apartments, we had plenty of room for parents and grandchildren. The kitchens were well stocked and I give this the highest marks.

Amazing location! Easily fit a large suv in one of the parking spots which is tough to find in mission beach.

Inside was great. Outside looked like Europe after WWII. Locked out of garage. Locked inside master bedroom (faulty lock).
Wonderful location right on the beach! Gorgeous sunsets from the deck. My family of 9 share this space - 6 adults and 3 children - were quite comfortable in the space. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The living room was comfortable - we played board games (we had to buy the games but left them there for future guests if BW allows them to stay) and watched movies most nights. We had a wonderful stay. The peaceful, walkable neighborhood was very conducive for roaming around with a toddler, especially the proximity to the beach (just a 5 minute walk away). Lots of restaurants around. Grocery stores easily accessible. The home is beautiful! Well supplied with everything you could possibly need. The terrace off of the master bedroom is a nice little peaceful spot to have some morning coffee.
