The house was great! It's in a really nice area right by the water and very close to shops/restaurants. The inside was just as pictured - very cute, lots of natural light, perfect for our working vacation. The host was very proactive and responsive. The little stove was a great feature since the weather was a little chilly for part of our stay. Would stay there again!
Overall, our group enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in a great location with easy walk ability to Bird Rock and all it’s shops and stores. The house had good common and dining spaces for 3 families. The outdoor space was nice for the littles to walk around. The place was clearly just cleaned when we came in, with obviously vacuumed rugs and couches. The rental agency was very proactive in reaching out to us to check in. Lovely stay. Nice house with comfy beds. Walking distance to beach and La Jolla village. Went with family (2 toddlers + 2 grandparents). Would come back again.

Trying to find a place to park was awful, other than that everything else was great.
We had a lovely stay! Perfect for beach walks and great restaurants in the neighborhood!
Way overpriced. I guess you pay for the view. The house smelled very moldy and the windows were very dirty. TV in primary bedroom wouldn't connect to internet. Everything was very worn out. For the price, it seems like everything should have been much nicer.

This house was perfect. We had 6 adults and a toddler and the location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to shops, music, restaurants and live music. The patio with outdoor table, fireplace hot tub and grill was perfect to cook a meal! Awesome place and we would definitely stay again!
