STAFF MAKE THE DIFFERENCE JOHN ISELER IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HAD TO BE DONE TO FIX MY PROBLEM. WHEN I AM READY TO REPLACE MY CAR IT WILL BE A BMW BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE IT BRINGS WITH IT.

Amazing, over the top, phenomenal service! We were on a... Amazing, over the top, phenomenal service! We were on a trip from CA and got a flat, SOS said it would be two hours until a tow and by that time service would have closed. After talking to the Service team ourselves they said they could stay late and help us so we tested out the Drive Flats and made it just in time. John was quick to help us, extremely friendly and even had the car washed for us! Couldn't ask for better - THABK YOU!!!

Sammy, who is an exceptional asset to the company made the transaction very smooth. From the very beginning he was prompt on calling me, setting an appointment, asking me if I was satisfied with my experience and explained that Yark Auto has many locations I will refer friends and family to experience Sammy's professionalism and great hospitality.

For over 25 years I have been using BMW of Toledo for... For over 25 years I have been using BMW of Toledo for service on all my BMWs. The staff are professional, friendly, respectful and honest. I truly trust them with my car service. They always try to accommodate my service needs and they take any concerns of mine very seriously. Truly a great team.
