Went in for an oil change. Was offered a ride home which... Went in for an oil change. Was offered a ride home which I accepted. The driver spent time with me on the return to my car explaining features I didn't understand. Very helpful! The car is running well.

Oil change was done in timely fashion. Service person... Oil change was done in timely fashion. Service person overwhelmed me with all this work that should be done. Probably over a $1000. Did do the filter suggested. He did not insist and took no for an answer.

I am not from the area and know how hard it is to fit people in who are not on the schedule. You had the parts, he called when he said he would with updates , and was empathetic to my situation. A++
