"Long Time Returning Client" I’m a long time returning client with this specific dealership. I actually live in NY, about an hour away, and make the drive solely based on their customer service. "My Experience" I just bought a used car from this dealership. Mr. Mark Rosenblatt help me. He was very professional. I was surprised to find humanity at a BMW dealership. I have been at many BMW dealerships, I feel most sales personnel looked down on me , specially when I told them I was looking for a used vehicle. Mr. Rosenblatt went above and beyond to help me. I feel he made the difference, I give him all the credit for my good experience there.

"Service" Stubborn problem with my 528i with garage door not working. Went to dealership where they tried fixing it but to no avail. Called my sales person, Mark Rosenblatt, who said he would take care of it 30 minutes later he was at my house with Dwayne who apparently is a troubleshooting guru While I was talking with Marc, Dwayne pulled the car out of the garage and in five minutes had fixed the inside car garage door opener and had adjusted navigation system to be more efficient I could not have asked for more personal t... read more

"Outstanding Customer Service" Have been dealing with BMW of Ramsey for over 15 years. Consistent quality customer-centric service. Just upgraded by 5 series to a 2019. Worked with Jorge Batista who proactively found me a 2019 530xi and came up with a reasonable price & terms. Jorge had similarly do the same for my daughter last year. Finance team (Rob D) also straightforward & helpful. Great dealership with reputable employees. Highly recommend Jorge and the BMW Ramsey team including their servicing & parts departments
