"Excellent customer service" This is my third bmw and out of all my experiences , Lori Asserson & Rob DiDomenico made it by far the best ! Lori was super attentive to all that I was looking for in a car and made sure that I left with exactly that! They both truly make you feel like family and treat you as if you were one of their own. "highly recommended" I just leased a new 2020 BMW M4 through BMW of Ramsey. This is my second M4 going through this dealership. Both times I had the pleasure of working with Lori Asserson. Lori is amazing – knowledgeable and professional with the customer’s best interest in mind. "good price and good service" I negotiated a price for a new X7 by sending emails to several dealers. Jack Lapidus was very responsive and had a good price, i ended up closing the deal, and picking up the car went smoothly, the dealership is quite nice, clean, organized, good, attentive service.
