"Great Service Department!" This is our second BMW and our first from BMW of Albany. We had brought our other car here for service and the quality of the service department is what led us to buy our next one from them. They are friendly, caring, and thorough. "Great service. " Pleasant atmosphere throughout the dealership. Greeted by name when I arrived (not that I'm there often). I explained the problem and they immediately addressed it, explaining the warranty coverage and how long it would take. Very timely.
