"Servicing " While driving to Albany from Jacksonville Florida to spend Thanksgiving with my family my vehicle ran hot and I had to stop multiple times and finally made to our destination and spent an amazing day with my family and then the next day my son called BMW of Albany and to my surprise was to able to get an appointment for that same day.. The service I received was above and beyond what I expected!! Thank you Lori and the BMW Albany Service Department. So proud of my Home Town BMW

"Excellent service" Very pleased with service and loaner car I got there early in the morning and dropped off my car. Was greeted pleasantly and given a nice loaner for the day. The completed all the work by the end of the day. When they said they would and I got my car back cleaned I said and out.
