"Service visit" Took my car in for a simple oil change, was greeted at the door with a smile. Each employee I encountered was pleasant, smiled, and spoke to me. That means a lot! My service advisor was super nice, and kept me up to date on my service.
"Fourth purchase from this dealership" This is the fourth BMW my husband and I have purchased from BMW of Columbus. We have had a very good experience each time. They are exceptionally helpful .
"Stan Treadway" Salesman low pressure and very knowledgeable. Had car inside the showroom, out of the 100 degree weather, waiting for us. This was extremely important to my wife.
"BMW of Columbus... Simply Amazing!!!" The entire experience was exceptional. All employees were extremely professional. The facility was very clean. They even played chase and ate popcorn with my 2 year old while my wife and I cleaned out the car. Special Thanks to Thomas Wright and Chris Grasman for their exceptional help in the process. "BMW OF COLUMBUS ROCKS :)" I would Never let anyone else service my car,these guys in Columbus know their business and they are extremely kind,I can’t say enough Good about them💕 They Truly care about your needs,they don’t try to push you into buying anything at all,most dealerships are right on your heals,not here..I would recommend them to anyone over anyone else there is..I drive over an hour to get to them if that tells you anything....

"Internet Purchase" I worked with Stan and had a wonderful experience.
