"Brake Service " I brought my 2010 BMW 650i in for replacement of the front brake pads. The service (customer & maintenance) was excellent but the price was a bit excessive. Regardless of the cost, OEM parts are way better than after market and their is no price on safety. I appreciate the help my service provider, Wesley Shackleford, provided and I will continue using BMW of Columbus to service my 650i.
"Accommodating" Tire was going flat, the team was 45 minutes away from closing but fit me in. The service technician in the office was very professional and professional along with management and staff. They washed my car on top of that.
"Service and repair" Service mechanic was knowledgable and talked us through the expense. Most service was covered by warranty. Service manager very helpful. We were pleased after talking with mechanic.
"my second repair in 3 weeks" as stated above my 2012 535 was in montgomery bmw three weeks prior 3.700 dollar repair three days after receiving my car back from repair the check engine light came on so I took it to bmw of Columbus they were great very professional and courteous with timely repair of my vehice
"customer service representative" Your representative that worked with me was AWESOME. When I got there I was taken care of immediately. They brought my "rental" care to me (warmed up), then when I picked my car back up he went and got it and brought it to me. They had to keep my car overnight because of the back log. After I got home I noticed I had a charge for the car. I do not remember being charged in the past. I have always had exceptional service with the customer service representatives in the service department.
"Excellent Personalized Service" My service advisor, Carrie E., consistently goes above and beyond. She takes the time to explain each service and answers each and every one of my questions with patience. I value her integrity and I can tell she enjoys giving great customer service. I have been going to BMW of Columbus for all of my service needs since 2013 and she is by far the best service advisor I have had the pleasure of working with.
"Great customer service!" Very nice and courteous staff. They completed my recall repair in the timeframe they said they would. Car was also inspected thoroughly and was also given a good wash .
