"As expected " My car needed the windshield replaced. Andrew Hascomb helped arrange for a loaner vehicle during this time. His level of service was excellent and everything went smoothly.
When I called to report a computer glitch, BMW of Columbus was interested in taking care of me and did so in a timely manner.

I've given this Dealership 5 stars for the simple reason that they take the best care of me and my vehicle, BMW's are expensive and fun to drive because of that you want them to be maintained well. This dealership, the service advisor (Carrie) and the technicians (James) always, always provide outstanding service to me.
Whenever I need service completed on my BMW, Carrie is the friendly helpful person who gets me set up! She is kind and her bubbly personality even softens the blow of additional expenses when she has bad news to give me about repairs that are needed (bubble in a tire, new brake pads, etc.) She is always careful to secure a loaner car for me to use while my car is being serviced. I am very happy with this dealership! Wish they would get new Z-4's in the showroom, though!!!
The staff very professional.. I was impressed when setting up my appointment the person "asked if I needed a loaner vehicle". When I picked up my car it was washed and interior cleaned. EXCELLENT SERVICE. SPECIAL THANKS TO JAMES WADE (salesman) & ANDREW HANSCOMB (service department).
Stan sold us an X3 three years ago and he is the reason we drove 2 hours to work with him again. The Global BMW dealership lied and were unfriendly.
