"My first experience with a BMW dealership was excellent." Being a first time buyer of a BMW my husband and I were very pleased with the salesman and our overall experience of our time spent there. The staff is very professional, nice, and they made the purchase easy and quick as it could be. "Great attitude!" From the time I walked in to leaving with my new toy the experience was very pleasing. They did everything possible to make sure I got what I wanted.
"Listening & Responding" Although I had a loaner car while mine was being worked on, I told my service advisor I had a flight that afternoon and I needed his help to get finished as soon as possible. Needless to say an anticipated 6hr turn around time was reduced to 2.5hrs. Andrew was engaged, enthusiastic and exceptionally helpful. Thank you Andrew.
"Outstanding" Great service and Friendly staff. A floor so clean, in the service bay, you could eat off it.... not literally, but super clean. Very impressive
" exceptional service." Truly what I expect from a BMW dealer, exceptional service, in parts and customer relationships. No problems except in completing this survey. Nothing else to add.
"Service " The quality of service for my vehicle was great! The work was completed in the time that was allocated and done to my satisfaction. The price was a little cheaper than I was expecting so overall I was pleasantly satisfied.
"Not Pushy" I went in, and knew exactly what I wanted . They actually gave it to me for a thousand less than was on discounted sale price.
"Emergency appointment to install fuel pump" I was very appreciative of Andrew and Steve in accommodating my appointment after having my car towed to the dealer. They were able to provide me a loaner overnight and were able to troubleshoot the problem (failed fuel pump) and had the parts to install it that day. While it was a little pricey, the job was done well and I was able to take the car our of town (as planned) the follow day.
"Exceptional" Andrew was great and very easy to work with. Work was done in a timely manner! I will be back to work with BMW of Columbus again.
