Just picked up the M235i convertible today and I couldn’t be happier with it! There was definitely a little bit of anxiety on my part as I basically bought a car without even seeing it in person. Through the whole process, our Sales Advisor, Sergio Jimenez, reassured me of the cleanliness and quality of the vehicle. Had a flat. Not only did they come to the galleria and take my car to the dealership for repair of the tire but found a second nail in my other tire and saved me a separate deductible for it since I would have eventually needed two tires. Realignment and washed it up and sent an Uber back to my office to pick me up and bring me to the dealer to pick up my clean ride with two new tires for the price of one deductible. I totaled my 20 year old Z3 Roadster on Monday morning!! I was heartbroken as I LOVED my little car and planned on keeping it forever!!! I went to the closest BMW dealership in The Woodlands (BMW of The Woodlands). The salesman I was paired up with, was so arrogant and patronizing!! I felt like a lamb to slaughter!!!
