I thought customer service was gone until I met Jeff Rogers! He is so kind and professional and helped me every step of the way in getting my tire replaced after having gone to Discount. Jeff took care of reaching out to BMW about my tire warranty and they replaced my tire for free. Jeff walked me through the entire process and while I waited, he updated me on the status of my car. My vehicle stalled on me on a Friday and I had it towed to Advantage. It was diagnosed on Monday and repaired so I thought! The technician test drove my car and they told me that it began to make a rattling noise and then the engine locked up, needless to say now I NEED A CAR! I immediately called my advisor Sergio Jimenez and he arranged for me to check out several vehicles and I looked at them on Tuesday morning and selected the vehicle I liked and picked it up Wednesday.
