2013 M5 service Oscar Quintanilla my service advisor did a great job of explaining and informing me of what needed and/or could be done with my car. everyone I dealt with in the service dept. was friendly and willing to help with anything.

A real pleasure. I purchased my 2016 435i from BMW North Houston on 08/10/2016 and am over the moon with the experience which was both pressure and hassle free. We dealt with Austin Oxener and could not be more pleased. He is knowledgeable and excited about BMW and I never felt ?sold to?.
