Great Service I took my 528i in to have the oil changed. The service writer was very respectful and got my car taken care of in a timely fashion. They even washed the car at no charge! The facilities at this location are always in tip top shape. However, they are currently undergoing construction. I dropped my vehicle off and came back when the service was complete, so the construction did not effect my experience. I would suggest that everyone do the same, until construction is finished. Outstanding Experience at BMW Houston North The service at BMW Houston North is excellent. The service rep Oscar Quintanilla is really friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle and takes the time to explain what the issues are and recommend the best course of action.
