They check on you to make sure everything is going alright with the car, the set up, and that you are happy with your new purchase. Anyone they have contact you is excellent. Great salesmen, not so great salesmanager Tom was a great salesmen and followed through on all promises he made. X5 is great! He made the experience very pleasant and never pushed us. Which for me is great. Only complaint about buying experience was sales manager didn't keep his word and never once came out to say hello, apologize for confusion that he claimed or even thank us for our purchase.
