New Car Owner's Dream Experience - 328i I had a great experience working with the team at BWM of Houston North. I was buying my first car, on my own, and their team helped me through the entire process without "taking advantage" of me --unlike most car shopping experiences. I worked with Benny Bui and he took time breaking down all the details of the car. I must say, this dealership definitely exceeded my expectations. Great people, nice facilities and reliable I have had two buying experiences with BMW North Houston and both times have been looked after by TJ (Sales Executive) who consistently offers great professionalism, empathy, and provides the car buying package to suit you best - Great service! Wonderful experience On June 21, 2014, I went to BMW North to "look" at a BMW. I was greeted almost immediately and shortly assigned to TJ. The keys of the vehicle I was interested in seeing had already been pulled, so on a test drive we went. TJ informed me that it was my choice to drive on the feeder or the highway, whatever I was comfortable with. Awesome customer service Recently bought a used Infiniti G35 for my son. We were not going to be able to make it to the dealership before they closed. I called dealership to confirm the closing time. Amazing... Simply amazing! My sales woman Stacey is one of the best in the market.m.She came on her day off to make sure everything in our car buying experience went well..and it all went exceptionally well! The store is super clean...financing department is prompt friendly and won't haggle you about unnecessary add ons. I felt no pressure which made it easier for me to agree to an extended warranty/GAP coverage. All went well and the peanuts are not bad either! :) Go team Stacey!
