Great buying experience! I have never had a better experience then I did here. Hannelore at BMW Of Houston North was so kind, patient and helpful. The process went so smoothly and quick. She made sure we were well taken care the whole time. I drove off the lot happier then ever, not to mention with a bright red bow she had wrapped on it. Very Pleasant to Deal With Just purchased a new BMW 535i working with Ed Steinberg. He was a pleasure to deal with. Good selection, no hassles in the closing process in the finance department. Try them if you are in the market for a BMW and live in Northwest Houston.
Excellent service, great customer service There really isn't much to say when you walk into a dealership and you want a car and the dealer hands you the keys and tells you to go for a test drive, alone so you can have the full experience. Wonderful customer service, sales process was quick and painless. Definitely One satisfied customer.
Great Service Awesome experience I was looking for a 550i GT I spoke to Anthony and he was extremely helpful and honest. I dove 6 hours to trade in my 750 to find everything as described and the service was stellar.

Best car buying expierence Well we were not lied to or told one thing and then something else was done. Everyone within the dealership(our salesman or not) was willing to do anything for you. Everyone seen us sitting around so they checked the applications process. The car is fantastic and I am more than thrilled with this purchase. The price was right they gacve me a fair amount on my trade. Miek Watkins is the Man!! I will/have reccommend this dealership to my friends.
