TJ and Phyllis are EXCELLENT! This is my first BMW and the experience was fantastic... thanks to TJ and Phyllis. I had visited another BMW dealer earlier in the week and the experience was below par... so I was glad I tried again and came here. He and the entire BMW staff were friendly, easy to talk to and accommodating. They have a large inventory and will go at lengths to find the right vehicle for you. I am very happy with my purchase.
Happy Customer Last month I bought a 328i from BMW Houston North. They were outstanding in every way. We were able to get the exact car we wanted, the transaction was efficient and fast. The sales people were very professional. Today I had a question and dropped by to see them, they had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them and their service. The car? Well it's just an amazing machine.
