these guys are very shady and hire shady people. Johnathan has stolen money for parts and tried to sell the same parts to multipul people after being paid and refusing to return the money. do not do any business with these guys. I'd highly consider an Audi
Love BMW cars, but too bad the service department has gone down hill since Jared left years ago .The new service manager is rude , and doesn’t treat everyone the same . I will never purchase another vehicle here or have anything serviced At this dealership Even though I live in this community I would rather drive to SB were I get better service and treated with respect .
COLASSAL WASTE OF TIME. Called this morning to schedule a test drive. Scheduled for about four hours later and they stated they had the car there. On my way down there (I told them I lived an hour away) they called to tell me that they didn't have the car on the lot. It was loaned out earlier that day. I’m in the market for a luxury sleigh , but then their internet sales manager was involved in a home invasion robbery where the elderly male victim was severely beaten . I will not divulge my personal information to your business.

Expensive! These cars were designed to rip hard working people off especially the dealer, the cars performance is great but when it comes to maintenance 1000%👎🏽
Worst experience of my life . The sales manager is a dick called me a “goof ball” for trying to purchase an M3. Non Professional at all .

horrible service dept... sales manager Rudy did not keep his word on correcting the tire problem with my BMW now 30 days after the purchase and 45k dollars later I need to replace the tires. unbelievable ... DO not buy a car from here. Service take it down south or Slo
The worst experience. I would never recommend a friend, family member or complete stranger to come here. It's been the biggest headache! I bought my car 3 months ago and I am still dealing with things I've later realized were dishonest and slimy. I've had to go back and resign paperwork 3 times because they keep making mistakes/ leaving things out we discussed and agreed on.
