Took my X3 here twice for service/maintenance. Horrible each time. First it took 3 hours to do an oil change. Next time, I waited 4 hours for them to diagnose my car and all I got was some bird shit on my car. Thankfully, they didn't charge me for that. They called to apologize and said the diagnostic test they do takes time. It doesn't take 4 hours. It doesn't take a half hour and you guys know it. Don't bother with this dealership. I took my car to Stinn's Auto Haus, got some honest service and much better pricing.

We went in to look and ended up purchasing a car that my husband loves. Only problem is, they need to fix one thing on the car and get us something they promised. We have called 3 times and left messages but have yet to have a call returned. A little disappointed in the non communication.

Beware! Had them mess up vital work on my 2007 335i, 3 times in a row! Terrible terrible work. Don't get me wrong Abe the service advisor has been wonderful to me, but the work performed is not up to standard. I was even told a "MASTER MECHANIC" worked on my vehicle. This really scares me knowing that a master mechanic would do such an awful job. Took the car in for a valve cover job under warranty, not only was the job done wrong the first time, but they ended up replacing it again because they didn't clean any of the spark... read more

Would give it a zero but I can't. The most horrible customer service ever! Bought a car from them that was in a wreck before I bought it and it was never disclosed to me. Just traded the car into another dealership and was told that the car had been in a wreck. Needless to say that wreck cost me around $2000 for my trade in. SM bmw said there is nothing they can do for me.
