"Very Proffesional" Made the transaction easy and was very helpful with picking out the vehicle and the options. Have already recommended Paul to another buyer. I felt Paul was trying to help me with what I wanted and not what he might be pushed to sell.
"Great experience for new BMW owner" Bought a service loaner BMW x3 and this was a great experience. Traded in a Honda Accord and got what I expected to get on the trade in. Everything went smoothly With Dean and Jonathon was awesome showing all the bells and whistles during the test drive.

"Worth the drive" We just bought our 4th BMW from the BMW store since 1995. We moved from a 2000 X5 to the 2019 model -- suffice to say a ton of new technologies. Our sales person, Dean, and "Genius" Susan have been super helpful and patient. Also, we have only had our cars serviced at the dealership since 1995 with outstanding results. "Bought a used car, felt like I "New Car" customer " I traveled across two states because The BMW Store had a somewhat rare used car I wanted and I was having a hard time finding one closer to home. I was nervous about purchasing a car "sight unseen," but John assured me the car was in great shape, but I'd probably need tires soon (100% correct and truthful). "Our 12th BMW" Our 1st BMW was an ‘01 X5. Our 12th BMW is a ‘19 X5. All 12 were leased or purchased through The BMW Store. Paul Kolleck did a great job in meeting out needs and delivering this fantastic vehicle. Susan Ward was extremely helpful in walking us through the X5’s operation.
