"Great service, friendly salesperson" Paul worked very hard to ensure that I got the car I wanted - a process that ended up in building my car. He helped in a pinch when I needed my existing lease extended a couple of times while we waited for the car to be shipped. My visits and conversations with Paul have always been enjoyable as well; I highly recommend talking to Paul if you're interested in a BMW!

"Easy." After driving my husband's BMW intermittently for 10 years I knew what brand vehicle I wanted when it was my turn to get a new car. I just didn't know if it would be worth it for me so we shopped around for less expensive SUV's. Paul was no pressure and answered a lot of questions till we found our X-3. This SUV sold itself. And Susan, thank you for going through all the sophisticated electronics so thoroughly. Best was the excitement of driving it off the showroom floor!

"New Lease" Excellent experience in leasing our new X-3, no surprises. Tim was very knowledgeable about the new X-3, BMW north was trying to push us to lease a 2019 X-3 and Tim beat the lease offer they proposed with a 2020 model with more options.
