In my mind I wanted better engineering. I found the 2013 X3 I wanted online. We walked into the dealership and Tom Dougherty readily made himself available to assist. The lease on my wife's ultra-low mileage 328 Xi was ending and we needed something a little bigger. Christian Talamini listened to what my wife liked about her 328 and showed us the 328 Xi GT, which we were unaware of at the time. He let her test drive it, showed her the features and that was it. Having that done, we had to figure out what options we wanted. We knew we didn't want GPS, so he suggested we build one custom with everything she wanted and nothing she didn't. It was a great car buying experience.
I had the most amazing experience buying my car. Scott really helped me out in the beginning and kept constant contact with me and let me know any changes or opportunities I could have. Christian then closed the sale perfectly and without any issues and showed me everything I need to know about my new dream car. I honestly could not be happier with my experience with both of them!
Before going to Turnersville, I went on their website to check out their inventory. My lease on my 328xi was coming to an end and I was looking for a good deal on something a little different. I had already done my research and read reviews online before visiting this dealership. Christian Talamini is one name that stood out in a lot of reviews that were put online. I never knew who he was or what he looked like but thank my lucky stars that he was the first one to greet me on that day when I entered the dealership. My experience at BMW of Turnersville could not have been better! Due to the outstanding service I received from Tom Dougherty. He is a first class salesperson who is extremely knowledgeable. From the moment he greeted me he was very professional and made the whole experience fun! I would never buy a car from anyone else.
BMW of Turnersville is the best dealership we have done business with and Tom Dougherty was incredibly patient with us and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. We never felt pressured or rushed. We even had a lot of fun on the test track. We enjoyed doing business with everyone we had contact with there.
We recently visited BMW of Turnersville to test drive a new 650i Gran Coupe.
