This is the first time I visited BMW of Turnersville on the recommendation of a friend. I visited another BMW dealership in the area and was unhappy with their sales team. I was very happy with the experience at Turnersville. The team was attentive and interested in meeting my needs. They matched me with the perfect vehicle and made a great deal as well. Christian Talamini was awesome.
After going to all the BMW dealerships around the area I honestly couldn't be any more happier that I chose to go with Turnersville BMW. I came in a little hesitant being a young woman by myself but Christian made me feel so welcomed and comfortable he took the fear right away of but Christan made it so easy.... This is my 2nd purchase from BMW of Turnersville, and I have to say I rate this dealership as one of the best from start to finish. The salesman, Christian, was friendly, easy-going, courteous and accommodating. He made the process of buying a car a pleasure without drama or games. He explained everything in detail and worked really hard to get me what I needed. Also, a big shout out to Jason who made the financing a breeze!! The experience of purchasing a car here was great! From when we walked into the dealership through the process of getting financing approved, all the way to the follow up on how the car was working for me has been much more than I expected. I purchased a new vehicle from BMW of Turnersville, and would have to rate it as one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I would like to say that it was a pleasure to buy a vehicle here at BMW of Turnersville. My salesman name was Christian. I drove from the Jersey Shore to come here and look at a used vehicle the trip took me about 90 minutes. I had a great experience picking out my vehicle with the help of Christian Talamini.... He made me feel comfortable and I felt no pressure in buying my car.
