"Best purchase experience ever!" I would like to rate our recent transaction at Tenafly BMW. We are giving it 5 stars thanks to our salesman, Alain Metatyan. Alain went above and beyond! We planned on getting a white vehicle with tan interior but thanks to Alain we ended up with a gorgeous black on black x5 ! He was very professional and a great customer advisor/salesman. "October 2018" Ernesto did everything he could to get me out of my current lease and into a new BMW. He was courteous and helpful. This is my second BMW leased from Tenafly, customer service is excellent and overall I have had a good experience. Would highly recommend.
"Smooth" Everything went right from being professionally greeted, shown the vehicle I was interested in, discussing options, being given room to make a decision free of pressure, and then doing the paperwork. Smooth, start to finish.

"Best Client Advisor Ever Euna Wilson" Ms Wilson has superb customer service, She greeted me in the dealership and offered assistance even when I was just browsing. She was informative in poduct packages of BMW and didn't hesitate to give a better understanding of the series of your interest. "March/April 2018" Purchased several vehicles from Tenafly. Great experience. In particular, have worked with Angelo Guerriero over past 5-6 years. Extremely professional, patient, creative and thorough. Listens to ones "needs" (errr wants :)...) and works extra hard to solve for it without getting overwhelmed. Follows up regularly, and ensures I have the information I need to make an informed decision. Pleasure to work with.

"Euna Wilson" I had a great experience with BMW of Tenafly. Ms Wilson greeted me warmly and answered all of my questions. She even explained the different types of options in leasing vs buying to me. "X3 Buying Experience" We had a really great experience dealing with Stefransky in our quest to buy a new bmw. Stef was extremely patient, answered all our questions and the most important thing was that he didn’t pressurize us to make a decision. We were considering Mercedes and this really tilted us in favor of opting for the bmw. I strongly recommend the Tenfly dealership.
