Outstanding dealership; great pricing but even better service. Didn’t have the car we wanted but quickly found out. Worked hard to get us the best pricing on our trade in.
The dealership and Sales Manager were great, our salesperson was not so great. No follow through, no walk around offered, items that were ordered were not, resulting in two additional trips to dealership of 120 miles round trip. Salesman did not take ownership of problems, blamed them on others who he said you had to treat like kids. He did not know the product well enough to answer our questions about the truck. On a scale of 1-10, he rated a 3 in customer service.
James and the finance manager were so helpful and the purchase was completed very quickly and easily. The entire staff at Moses are friendly, pleasant and helpful! Wonderful place to deal with.
Salesman were professional, took time to listen to me and understood what I needed . They were helpful offered me several options and sold me a X5.
