My husband and I had an excellent car buying experience at Moses! TJ was everything I've always wanted in a car salesman - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, not pushy, etc.! I can't say enough good things about him! He's definitely earned our business for life!
My family and I have been to several vehicle dealerships and none compare to Ford Moses @ St. Albans. The reason behind this is the customer service and the salesperson. Ford Moses is always very professional and friendly. I personally recommend TJ. My credit is always a pain and he gets the job done without any complaints. TJ goes beyond the average car salesman and makes sure you're taken care of. We look forward to keeping our future purchases with Moses and their staff.
Anna is very helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of her way to make the car buying experience easy. The Ford Explorer was the best car for the money we could locate.

Dealship went over and be on the call of duty to help us on locating an auto that work for our needs as far as traveling a great distance

We stopped by the lot to look at the design and color of a car. We were met by Ann whom was very knowledgeable about the cars, colors and options. She asked us if we were interested in a certain style and color and she recommended that we take one out for test drive. We sat down with Ann and Chris and they worked out several details and illustrated that they would locate the car we were interested in.
