Also, the array of post-purchase services and service advantages that Moses offers to its customers, either complimentary or modest-fee based and designed to make their customer service truly user-friendly, is a real bonus. Moses will now be our first-stop dealership.
On 9/15/2012 I purchased a Certified Pre Owned 335i. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at this dealership. If you have any concerns they make it a point to follow through until you are 100% satisfied. You won't find this type of buying/ownership experience with any other manufacturer. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Moses BMW to anyone in the market for a new or used BMW.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford F150 at the Moses Ford dealership in St.Albans. The salesman, (Daniel Hines) was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my test drive and overall experience was a good one. This makes two vehicles I have purchased from him and I would highly recommend Daniel do to his sincerity and professionalism.
Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me a fair deal on my trade and worked with me on the price of my new truck.

Best service I have had performed on a vehicle. The video was great although, is this just a visual inspection? I would have thought the tech would touch/grab parts to see if any play or wear was present in the components. Only other thing I would like would be to have a little better communication on scope prior to visit. Overall, a great experience.
Alway have excellent service. My service adviser always takes care of us serving our car.
