My service was routine and excellent. However more importantly, I witnessed the service dept go above and beyond to help a lady who was merely passing through Charleston, not a regular customer, with a flat tire she experienced on the interstate. The service employee took the time to find her a tire, send for it, and managed to get her on her way. He worked her into a busy schedule with smiles and and a willingness to help.

GO ELSEWHERE! !! Dealership obviously did NOT want my business, I did a online inquiry about a X3 that was offered online for $42,xxx.00, emailed the dealership, after hearing back from a lady by the name of Paige Asbury, I advsied what I was looking to do, however the next day the price for the SAME vehicle was RAISED to over $53,xxx.00 online. I currently own only BMWs. The service has been good. But getting a timely appointment is an issue. I recognize this is an issue everywhere. But it impacts customer service.
Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not pushy at all, and genuinely helpful through the entire process.
