"Moses Ford Service Department is a ripoff" I had my wife drop off my Ford Escape at Moses Ford in St. Albans to have the oil and oil filter changed and to have the front and rear brakes replaced. I was not having any issues with the brakes but, the Ford service technicians told me last year the brakes on all four wheels would need replacing soon. My 2010 ford transit connect was overheating. Took it to Moses Ford service department. And they have had it a month to date. Haven't heard anything from them in 2 wks. Called and no return call.
