My service was a warranty plus oil change. I have always had exceptional service from BMW of Tulsa but this time As I left the dealership after the service, I got about one mile and my oil light came on. I stopped and checked the oil and it was a quart low. I had to return and have a quart added which they took care of promptly.
I use BMW of Tulsa for all my service needs for my 2009 650. They provide excellent service at a very good price. I’ve worked with Rob my service advisor for a few years and appreciate his attention to detail. I expect a high level of communication and explanation for each recommended service. Rob and they team exceed my expectations which makes me a very satisfied customer year after year.
Tommy was very patient with me through all of my questions and made sure to follow up with me. Todd was fantastic as well with no hassles and worked with me to explain all of my options. Excellent team here!
