Service individuals are always very helpful. Make sure you understand what is needed and how much it is going to be. The only thing is the service is a little slow. One tire changed and it took 2 hours. Not terrible but not wonderful either. Definitely a 5 if the actual service was a bit quicker.

RecommendedTook the car in for a extended warranty part replacement. Yay! I arrived at noon, and had to wait 20 minutes for our advisor to return from lunch, that seemed strange. Once the advisor returned, it was smooth sailing. The loaner was ready, replacement part was fixed quickly and pick up of car went great. All of my dealings with BMW Tulsa has been professional, and friendly.
