I thought it was done well. We were greeted and told what would be done and approximately how long it would take. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the car wash as well.

The staff was very friendly. I am thrilled with the comprehensive inspection and clear explanation of what needed work. The SPA treatment was above and beyond. I had an issue with my car magnet and the team was able to remove the glue and made her shine like new. Serenity was a happy girl when she came back from the SPA. I would recommend BMW of Tulsa to anyone.
